Abundant Life Health Support is in network provider with the following insurance companies: United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, UMR, BCBS North Carolina , Aetna, and Cigna through Headway. For self-pay patients, all costs are known upfront with no hidden fees or unexpected bills. Your healthcare stays private without the interference of insurance companies denying claims, requesting personal information, and determining the care that you receive. We can provide a superbill for patients to submit to insurance for out-of-pocket benefits.
All payments are required prior to appointment. Payments are made through a secure platform for your convenience. No charges will be made without your approval.
Showing up for scheduled appointments is critical in your journey to abundant health. Clients can cancel or reschedule within 24-hours before their appointment times. If an unavoidable event occur. we can help to re-schedule ASAP. However, try to communicate promptly to your provider via Email or Text. The practice has a right to discharge a patient from the practice if they have 2 consecutive no-shows or fails to communicate with the provider.
